Shipping & Returns
7wear use Royal Mail recorded delivery services for all UK orders and Airmail for all European/Worldwide orders. 7wear will ship products within 10 days (although the average period of time is 3-4 working days) upon receipt of your order and will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information regarding product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you placed an order, 7wear will send you an email notifing you how soon the order can be shipped to you.
If you wish to cancel the order you may do so within 2 working days of the email notification. 7wear will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
We believe that you will be delighted with your 7wear product, but from time to time you may feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
To adhere with the 7wear returns procedure, all returned goods must be accompanied with a Returns number. This number will be supplied to you by contacting 7wear.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, this includes all shipping costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you return the product in its original condition because of faulty goods or incorrect orders, 7wear will either;
refund the total amount, including return shipping costs to you
replace the faulty item or incorrect order at no extra cost.
Please Note: Goods which are returned as faulty, but prove to be in good condition, will be liable for return postage costs.
Under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your unwanted order within 7 days of receiving it in its original condition to:
